FOCUS Annual General Meeting

This is to inform you that the Annual General Meeting of the Fellowship of Christian University Students will be held at 6.00 p.m. on Saturday the 19th of August at Scott Hall, Colombo 3 (Methodist Church, Kolupittiya premises).

Please do consider it a priority to be informed of the ways in which the God has been gracious to us in the student ministry and in the lives of graduates who try to work out their faith in their professional, private and family lives. We are at an important phase in this vital ministry entrusted to all of us, and we would urge you to be part of this.

Please make every effort to be there as your presence will be essential for the carrying forward of the vision of FOCUS.

The Agenda is as follows:

  1. Worship, prayer & thanksgiving
  2. Reading & confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM
  3. Matters arising from minutes
  4. Report of the Treasurer and tabling of Accounts
  5. Report of the NSE Chairperson
  6. Report of the GCF Chairperson
  7. Report from the Staff team Leader
  8. Report form the chairperson of the Council
  9. Election of the administrative council for 2006 / 2007
  10. Commissioning of the council

This will be followed by a dinner and please do bring the family along.
