The Vision of GCF is to

To positively contribute towards expansion of the Kingdom of God and His justice by applying a Biblical worldview to every discipline and profession.

Who is Eligible to be a Member?

Membership is open to university graduates and those with professional qualifications which are equivalent to university degrees who subscribe to and endorse the “Articles of Faith of GCF”. Spouses of members can be considered ancillary members.

Characteristics of a GCF member.

We strive to:

• Cultivate intimacy with God and grow in Christ-like character: Through personal and professional discipline, including the rigorous study of Scripture and regular prayer that expresses our faith, love, and dependence on God.
• Demonstrate and proclaim the gospel: Within the university or our professions with love and boldness, calling all to repentance, faith and new life in Jesus Christ. We join with God’s people to serve in our communities and to extend His Kingdom in Sri Lanka and around the world.
• Engage in society: By pursuing a unity of knowledge and practice in God’s purposes for the world. We labor in grace and in truth, using our education and abilities to promote justice and reconciliation wherever we live and work. We are active members in local church congregations.
